Title of Bug: Can't /stayjail while handcuffed
Description:
While handcuffed, it is impossible to do /stayjail again meaning you are stuck in jail forever if you have been handcuffed while you had /stayjail enabled.
Evidence:
Can upload some if needed.

You can't use any / commands while handcuffed which is intentional. You're not actually handcuffed when you go into jail anyway so unless someone manually handcuffs you it's fine.
