I believe this is yet again, a panic move from you Divey. Edned that is a well-desrved promotion but I don't think there will be any sort of change.

As I said 11 months ago today: Time is of the essence, Divey.
Same goes for the rest of the team. But at least an attempt has been made to communicate a plan of some sort, which is very nice to see, but I won’t believe a word of it until results are seen from these changes, I’m not buying into this roundabout promises crap again. Do prove me wrong though, I may be gone but I’ll be watching. Also, congratulations Edned! It is a well deserved promotion, albeit under stark circumstances, do your best though.
