/resupply doesn't work on some guns

Title of Bug: /resupply doesn't work on some guns

Description: 
/resupply won't work on any gun that can't be taken from the locker but can be equipped from inventory, for Police the M14 will actually lose ammo if you try to do /resupply

This is intentional, there's a check to make sure it only gives ammo for weapon you take out from the locker.

Closed, not a bug.
