Title of Bug: org deletion not refunding 25k

Description: 
if you delete your orgainization, it says that i will get 25k$ back. But i only got 2,5k$ refunded

I believe the main reason for this is because it no longer costs $50,000 to make an Organisation it costs $10,000 so a refund of $5,000 should be given
