Title of Bug: Nexus /database - Gov passes section doesn't display people with passes

Description: People with a pass are not displayed in this section when they should be - both me and the president had the same issue. We tried revoking all passes and handing them out again but it still didn't work, we also tried refreshing it every time.

I checked it today when I was a police officer and it seemed to be working fine, I haven't checked it while being the vice though (I was the vice when the bug occurred)

I've noticed this bug, it seems to be on & off. Sometimes it'll display them, other times it won't. I believe it's once only displayed a couple of passes and not the rest.

From my experience with this bug, the desk secretary and police can see passes, but the pres and vp cannot.

Is it possible that it’s a permissions issue for some reason?

Must be a permissions issue with Pres and VP. Still happening?
