Title of Suggestion: Reset taxes after previous president dies/leaves job.
Description: Reset taxes after previous president dies/leaves job. Perhaps back to 20%
Why: Because it just really makes sense, if there was a 40% tax before and a new president comes in and does not realise that there is a 40% tax, he gets raided and can get very frustrating.

+Support if it's both a new Vice and President as Vice can set tax also.
If the two die whilst it was 40% and then people take their slot(s), tax should go to 20% or 0% until there is a president/vice in power.
