Totally agree. There was a big shift from handing out a lot to handing out very little in a relatively short space of time which is hard to reverse due to habit. This was at least the case for me when I was teacher. I'd love to see the teachers and admins more proactive approach to exploring roleplays being performed by players on a day to day basis. I also really agree with the fun aspect of your proposal. If they're really trying and enjoying it, that should be a big plus towards a point.

Tbh for me it seems as no matter what you do, You won't get an rpp lately. I've seen A LOT of amazing  roleplays that go unnoticed that were either amazing or very immersive. Quite frankly it seems as if 99/100 roleplays go unnoticed these days.

I haven't been around for ages but RPP and handing them out has always been an issue this community has faced, the player base either has 10+ or hardly even 5 and that discourages many new and temporary players from taking root here in the community so I definitely think its an issue that needs addressing.

I believe threads similar too teacher applications should be used to award players who did an awesome RP but were never rewarded for it

looking at the RPP logs I have not seen an RPP given to any government police RP in about half a year maybe.

Depends which admins are putting their focus where.

I used to put my focus on the government a lot, gave probably 3 RPP for Police, when looking at the leadership of the sergeant role and how they are dealing with stuff as government official.

A lot of admins tend to focus on other stuff, so therefore it is a higher chance to receive when a lot of admins/teachers are online.

I agree. I’d love to see more RPPs handed out for small and interesting things. I gave one myself to ‘kevin the god’ for his hilarious and enjoyable participation on a gameshow RP where he was only a contestant but made me (as a teacher) and the rest of the audience laugh and have a great time!

I’d love to see more given to interesting government leader roles such as unique takes on the president role as well as the various sergeant roles we have available. As long as they are enjoying themselves and make the role interesting and enjoyable I don’t see why I wouldn’t award them an RPP.

I’ll definitely keep this in mind when handing out future RPPs. Very nice thread.

I was really impressed with all the great roleplays last night, that’s why I gave out 8 rpp. Each and every RP had they own vibe an were different.

I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to see more
