ok i'm guilty but the only reason i did it was because i parked my car right next to it, and an officer had come over to me a few seconds before and offered to warrant it; the cab driver was in the government so they were unwarrantable, therefore i took the initiative and moved it off to the side of the road after using my lockpick.

Concluding notes

Although rule breakage has occurred, it's very minor and the reported user has taken their time to publicly apologise. This is something I can work with, as it was a simple mistake and I trust that the reported user won't let it happen again, although it wasn't anything too serious.
