Concluding notes

Reported user has 3 previous FearRP bans, now 8 bans in total. He has 16 blacklists (including PTE as 1 whole blacklist) amounted in just a short 155 hours. I've had to deal with the reported user a few times recently and it seems he has not learnt from his previous mistakes at all. Reported user will receive a 1 day ban which will be increased appropriately by a higher Administrator.
