This is the default ULX ban message, it seems you haven't joined the right server. Try navigating the 'Find Multiplayer' area in the menu.

That's really weird, that is ULX and not the custom script Fearless has, as said before.
Try to join directly to the IP of the server, by typing in console "connect 149.202.65.127:27030"

Go to the top of the page (on the forums) and where the 4 bars are, join through there.
