Title of Suggestion: having an instant refill for paramedic/medkit cabinet

Description: a medkit cabinet that will be placed at the Hospital that the paramedic can get instant refill for their medical tool 

also, like admins to able spawn the entity down for RP reason like medic centre ECT...

Why: because you can instant resupply your fire extinguisher at Lake for fireman and would be nice to have something for paramedic

yes but it take 2min each resupply plus I don't want to always use ambulance when RP as paramedic this way I can have a little clinic without worry about my ambulance being stolen then not being able to heal people
