Should have just demoted snow and floodify on the spot when you are being blackmailed to demote awestruck. There are many fit and capable teachers and community members who can replace them. What you did by listening to their blackmail is give them the idea that they can do anything they want because they are invincible and it should have never happened in the first place. Both of them really need to be banned now.

I have a lot of respect for Floodify. He was very professional through the whole ordeal. Snow? Not so much.
Flood never explicitly stated that he would resign if I wasn't demoted as far as I'm aware, so please do not hold that against him.

I just find it unprofessional that the admin team was plotting. I think the best thing to do at the moment is just move on. I'm glad we have an SA, plus we're going to get another one soon.
