Keeping things from the community in order to prevent the admin team looking stupid (according to soul) doesn't work at all. Keeping information only makes the team look fishy and makes people doubt them, even while there is no real reason for it. Just tell us that the team isn't agreeing on stuff at the moment, and that a solution has to be found, it doesn't make you look stupid, it makes you look honest and forthcoming, things the community wants to see in an admin team. It prevents drama and it prevents a great developer receiving a TOS-ban.

Not saying they need to share every single bit of information, just give a small explanation why something is happening.

For example Awe's demotion from SA. Everyone knew that something was going on, just not what and within 2 hours people started posting topics in Offtopic and discussion with wild theories and stories. THAT is how you create drama and its exactly the thing that hurts this community. Its all easy to prevent by saying "the admin team is currently not agreeing on who is most suitable for the SA role, we will come up with a solution as fast as possible".

This information was all leaked, which sadly has consequences for one of (in my eyes at least) the good guys of FL.
