Simply be patient and wait for further information from the staff team. Spamming the thread demanding answers aren't helping anyone.
I'm neutral to the issue, as I do believe both sides could have handled the situation better, and mistakes were made from both sides. In a case like this, the staff team have to prioritize finding the leak and deal with that before having to explain a decision they made. Not that hard to understand why finding a leak is top priority.
