Since I am not playing anymore I do not currently enjoy doing anything on the fearless servers. However, I did enjoy administrating more than I enjoyed roleplaying even though I thought roleplaying was fun.

Discussions board maybe? Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
