well, im eating pasta right now and when i ate a little bit it was really hot so i screamed and started crying.
that was 1 minute ago. now my stomach is really hot and i feel something really hot in my body. please help.

Tip:
Pour the water away, and keep the pasta in a bowl, then let it set for some minutes to cool down.
It works for me!
Should solve the problem.
