Evidence: I was sitting on top of the apartment building when i saw a player chasing another with a baseball bat, i quickly noticed it was an admin when the player with the baseball bat no clipped through a wall and killed who i believe was "Tomo". I quickly ran over to catch his name and sent him a PM about the incident which was completely UN acceptable. Whilst talking to him he was being extremely arrogant and negative towards me even though he clearly knew what he did.

Falc knew what he did and Tomo was the person who was killed, how is killing someone whilst no clipped acceptable, in the screenshots you will see his response is "Don't worry it's not an RP situation". I've been banned for killing my friend as a joke so why doesn't he? Obviously i'm annoyed because it's plain abuse and he thinks it's a joke.

Falcao chasing Tomo in noclip is not abusive given they were not engaged in an RP situation. It's just 2 admins messing around having some banta. Should it be done in the public eye like you claim it was, not really but I don't view what you accuse him of as abuse.

You make it sound like you know exactly what happened, when you don't.

You've twisted the situation to the view of the public to make it sound horrendous and that I'm abusing my powers massively, when infact you don't know what really happened, nor the situation at hand and you've just picked out bits that make it sound bad.

Admins have always in the history of fearless, fucked around for lack of a better term. This was a bit of innocent fun and there's nothing wrong with it.

Based off of what it looks like with this report, you don't have evidence of these activities even happening and it seems as if you are trying to fulfill some sort of personal vendetta with Falc or are out to seek attention.

IF it happened, as I stated previously, in the public eye is not the best decision to make, but by no means has Falc abused his powers.

For example, this is abuse:

• Messing around, for example killing other admins or using punishment commands for the fun of it, etc.
  
• Breaking rules himself solely because he is an admin (see below)
  

Combat Rules

4.1 Do not kill people randomly (RDM); only kill with a valid roleplay reason, for example protecting your property during a raid, killing when your demands are not honoured as Corleone, etc. Violence should always be the last option.

Since this is an admin abuse case, the logs can be checked which will either prove or disprove the case.
