Title of Bug: Marlowe's tie shakes from a distance
Description: This may have been posted before, but if you are a few steps away from someone wearing Marlowe's suit, their tie goes apeshit and starts shaking.

Yeah its kinda always done that. Its rather annoying but you only see it for a few seconds, and other than that it bears no significance really. The person wearing it cant even see it.

I think someone tried to fix it at some point.
Systems with low or shallow player-to-player interaction erode the social dynamics that keeps FL interesting.
