I watched you sitting there at a dead stop. The cop was off to your right down the street. There were shots fired that hit your car when that happened you proceeded to start to drive and turn directly into the officer when you weren't even angled in his direction in the first place.

He does not need proof if he saw this event occuring with his own eyes.
As the banning administrator witnessed you doing this, there is not much for you to defend on unless you have valid video evidence.
Seeing as you haven't posted any it seems you do not have any evidence to back up your claims.
