Title Of Bug: Weird Car On Head

I'd recommend removing addons and reinstalling GMOD. When you join some servers it can mess with the materials files and cause bugs like this to occure.

same problem, invisible people and people running around with just heads.

Reinstall content. Install all Fearless workshop addons and the forum one. If it does not work then restart of gmod might help too.
