Title of bug: Cuffed in jail

Description: When you get cuffed in jail (when arrested) you still have the handcuffs on when you get unarrested but you do not see the ''Handcuffed'' text. I know you are already cuffed when arrested but somehow you can still be cuffed again and those handcuffs will stay when unarrested. I find this annoying because sometimes polices put cuffs on you when arrested and when the time is out you spawn with them on.

This Is a pretty old thing, and I thought they fixed that already as I never got out of prison while being handcuffed,
But It could be still be a problem, If reported so...
