Summary: He was building a elevator to get up to the nexus roof. When i asked him why was he doing that he responded with: "to make money". As seen on in the video, some people even tried the elevator.
Also before that he went on the admin roof and started tranqing people/police as "Spy/Hitman" and then "Anti-police robot". The evidence of the admin roof tranqing could be posted here if needed.
