Low settings on 1366x768 and you're still getting 24fps, I recommend upgrading your pc

i have a laptop with these incoming specs: i5 2.5Ghz processor, 2 Gfx cards , integrated one = Intel HD 4000 2 GB VRAM
dedicated AMD Radeon HD 7670 1GB VRAM, 1366,768 60Hz, amnd it seems that the games runs on a higher FPS once you set the game to the highest settings, PS. i can run COD AW on 50 FPS on the highest settings

How do you know its 1366x768?

If you hover over the tab of an image on Chrome, IE, etc., you can see the file name and resolution.
Example:
