Why is it saying that I cannot receive any private messages even after completely clearing out my inbox?

Same problem here, cleared mine out and still says I have 74% of space used.

Clear your other folders too (Sent / Drafts / Trash), it all adds up

Looks like we've had a blonde moment GRiiM. Much alike windows, after deleting something it moves it to the 'Trash' tab on the left and must be deleted again (Like the recycling bin).
Whoops.
