We have pushed a new ambulance which is a long awaited update and would have been quicker if I wasn't so lazy we didn't run into any problems. You can open the back door by pressing SHIFT (tap it else it'll just go crazy)
For once, I've remembered pictures! There will soon be a seat in the back too, but at the moment that isn't in, but you can expect that within the next day or so:
