Title of Suggestion: Allow /me /it to be used while unconscious.
Description: To be able to use those commands while in an unconscious, arrested or dead state
Why: There is no reason for them to be blocked in the first place, it just limits rp.

I can see these commands being useful when unconscious, would extend the RP we could do while unconscious or in a dead state.

You can also use /w when unconcious if I remember right.
