Summary:We were doing TRVA RP, meaning Transit Van Army, and Suarez, who was doctor at the time, killed Me, just because I was getting too close to the manufacturing area. He got a Magnum out and killed me. Waterloo was severely injured. Later, he got the gun out again when the manufacturing was over, and shot us for no apparent reason.

Why are you posting this? The situation was dealt with between Suarez and Clawz and they worked the situation out together and realized what went wrong and decided against trying to get him banned for a stupid mistake that they worked out between themselves? So why do you feel the need to do this?

ClawZ sent me the code telling me i could post it as the Event happened to me not him, i was the one he RDM'd CLawz just got screenshots you can also ask sgt. Cate as he was there duting the event.

Myself and Waterloo (Clawz) both dealt with this in our own ways. We agreed that no action should be taken and he withdrew the Report.

I don't see why you are re-posting this seeing as we both dealt with it in-game and on Steam.

You were constantly minging, coming up to us and generally annoying us IC, nearly picking up one of the shipments. By the this time after countless times telling you to go away, you carried on therefore the only way to deal with you was shooting you. I told you at gunpoint to leave but you still didn't, giving you warnings that you would be shot, so I shot and killed you. In hindsight, I could tell that I was in the wrong and Myself and Clawz dealt with it. I believe he even informed you.

You obviously seem to have some sort of a grudge against me seeing as I denied to join yours and Cate's clan earlier on.

Why would you sort it out with Waterloo if I was the one whom was RDM'd, he simply posted screenshots for me to use.

Falcao you were not even involved in the RDM so you should not be posting on the thread, and ClawZ shouldn't be the one resolving it as this situation happened to me.

He never posted them for you to use, he posted them for his benefit. I don't see why you're reposting his evidence against me when it was sorted with Waterloo?

I also remember me coming to UM and you and Cate asking me if I wanted to join your clan, to which I willingly denied and you kept following asking if you would join, then you said on steam that if I didn't join your TS or Clan that I'd have this BR again. I don't see why you're holding a grudge.

He had no right to discuss my problem when he sent me the code for this BR through steam so that I could post it, once again this is my problem not his.
