It's family sharing. I got the need to switch to a second account for personal reasons, certainly not for avoid a ban from Fearless.

The problem is if we perm the first account it auto bans any account that tries to use gmod it owns

Could you do something like unbanning both accounts and reset the Paul Dickenson account? (the old one)
Or just delete the old one if you use a database.
