F1 menu not working

Im not sure if it is just me but the F1 menu is not showing, Well it is but in a tiny box in the top left of my screen i can provide screen shots if needed.

Extract it with 7-zip and put the two files in your
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\vgui
If vgui folder doesn't exist, create it.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\vgui is already intact for me, I still have the F1 problem.

Im on 33x,and gmod is pretty buggy today,photon is bugged,WAC is bugged,VCmodELS is bugged. Other gamemodes are bugged...
