For all the people that are questioning why I didn't tell the admin that was online.
I didn't see him online until I was editing the ban request photo.

I did see this and was on, at first it looks like it was being built on but after 5/10 minutes of driving past it nothing was changed and was obviously used to just prop block the road off.

I have seen a "fading door" prop across the road, but I did not see it closed while I was around.
