For some reason Keypad Crackers were recently removed... Quite abruptly and uncalled for if you ask me. In my opinion I would say that it was an essential feature of the game most especially for thief/criminal roles since realistically you don't see people throwing molotovs at houses to break in. I believe keypad crackers should be implemented once again.
Also, it would be great if anyone could clarify why were they removed in the first place. Thank you.
If they are never to come back could we please have a refund atleast??!!

This is a slight error and was removed on accident after the removal of the Christmas Update. It should be back when the server next crashes and it should be in your inventories again.

They seem to be back but a refund hasn't happened. I suggest contacting a admin with the correct amount and request them back. They will have logs though, so don't try lie.
