Changing strange errors

Every time I join I get different strange errors like: "Steam DLL is not worthy" and "faild to lock vortex buffer" I only get this errors every time there's a download then the next one fixes it. Wtfs up with my computer and how can I stop it?

All these errors and problems are a result of an unstable game engine + client (Steam).

Well, the most effective way would be to buy Valve, fire half of Steam's techs, hire twice as many 10 times faster and smarter people, assign them all to work on fixing GMod and the Steam client.
