It was me who banned you actually.
If you had read the rules you were to push your car *Gently* with a small prop, and that was only under the circumstances that there were no admins on the server.
You however sent your car flying over several rooftops.

The flip command has only just been implemented, after your ban.
The ban is 1000 minutes long, only 16 hours or so.
