As Suarez, that's more of a suggestion. Post it there, as this isn't a direct fault with the game, serverside or clientside.

To be honest, it can occur in real life, and it can be used to make it harder to locate your stolen vehicle. It can be annoying. But it costs the suspect $500, but also costs you a mere $500 which is nothing.

It costs them money and the Color change isn't saved
