I've been having this problem ever since i bought Garry's Mod. This problem is a real pain the ass, randomly without any sign my Garry's Mod will crash, even when doing a RP or building. I reach out to the community to hope i get some support on this problem or even a solution.

All I had to do was to certify the game and a update fixed everything ( that I missed )

I had a sort of same question, Basically my anti malware stopped it and stuff messing up my game so Bowies reply IS BANG ON
