Lost 7k because of restart

I traded one medium pocket for 7k with mr.marshmallow. I gave him the money, he dropped the pocket. But as I wanted to take the item, the server restarts. Could I get my money back or the pocket or anything? It's not a bug, and you likely won't be refunded. As a general rule, items lost in server crashes are not refunded.

I don't knew which section was the right for this problem, sorry about that. I only asked because it isn't the first time I lost something because of a restart the last days, so I wanted to simply ask for it one time. Nobody can play if you loose something every 30 minutes.
