Help with a giveaway?

Hi, i am soon doing a giveaway for; 1 Million, a tides truck, a suit and some Molotov's. I am doing this by Asking everyone to comment on a video saying Give Money! and then i am going to use a random number generator to pick the comment. So my two questions are:

1. Where would i put this give-away thread?
2. And how would i prove it is the first recording and not rigged? I just know that people will complain that it is...

Ahh yes I never though to use twitch, I will use that when I have thought of a closing time and date for the competition, someone also said to me "Marketplace" but I will most definitely put it in Off-Topic now, thanks for your help!
