One missing Lokus texture?

I have absolutely everything needed to play Fearless RP with no missing textures or models, except one thing. One of the Lokus textures is missing. Not the default, not all of them, only one of them. I've asked people on the server and it turns out that everyone I asked is missing the texture.

Does anyone know anything about this texture?

I have ALL textures of Fearless except the Lokus one but are you sure you've downloaded:
HL2 EP1 & EP2
And the fearless content

correctly?

And you need Counter-Strike: Source for Gmod

Try re-downloading all Fearless content.
It gets updated and you need to re-download it over and over to have the newest updates.
FastDL doesn't fix all textures. As it is buggy sometimes.

Re-download the FLcontent pack from the download thread.
I'm pretty sure this is a client-side issue as I never noticed any missing textures from any car, neither did I ever hear someone ask about it.
