Contact them on the Steam Support Website!
They will get back!
If you lose any items like I have, I heard if steam understand your actually hacked and not lying they will re store your stuff!
Lucky Enough Games can't be stolen otherwised I would be pissed!
Uh about that envy, they can. He can gift one of the games you own to his account.
Well he shouldn't be able to, unless ur mum went cheap with protection. Her bank shouldn't allow any purchase not where she lives. When ever your family travels she tells her bank where she's going so they wont block the purchases. So, lets hope your mom wasn't frugal when she got the protection.
You cant gift games that are already in your library!
If he does however use my mums card for money, he can go down for fraud!
He uses a Phishing Website to get the accounts!
Phishing = The Excact copy of a websites login, When you proceed to login the accounts save on a database for him to view!
Phishing is considered Identity Theft, Identity Theft is against the law, Just saying!

I knew THAT already, (im somewhat of an expert when it comes to what you could call the "dark" side of computing), has ur mum atleast called her bank telling them to look at her account and to block any purchases until further notice?

Once again not to be rude but you sounded like an idiot when you said you clicked that link he sent us all. It's spelled so badly a kindergartener could have spelled it better. This is why I always check the links I click on www.virustotal.com, get almost every antivirus on the market to scan whatever you want. Best free service ever.
And I have a stinking suspicion, what antivirus do you have?

It's a bot.. Not a person. Talking to him is useless.
