Why we should unban you: I seriously am blown away as to how early i'm making one of these... Let me tell you a chain of events.

I play the server like normal......

I talk to jokhah....

I assist him with a problem he was having with some local residents on the street.

Cop starts to say some not very nice word to me and telling me to F*ck off i dont need to be here

He continues to harass me...

I pull the shotgun out and tell him to stop these actions now (i wasnt going to pull the trigger if he went on it was just to scare him)

He pulls his weapon and fires a warning shot....

I was frightened

I shoot with my shotgun and hit him....

he then fires shots that damage me greatly and i fire that damage him the same....

he runs to long range to the point where i am unable to hit him with my shotgun.

he kills me in the process of getting in range....

a few minutes pass by.......

I disconnect to donate....

I donate.....

I reconnect and tell everyone i donated and my gmod crashed

I start up gmod and I tell everyone I donated

I instantly get teleported as i spawn in.

I see drogas...

He asks me why i randomly shot a cop

I explain the story.

Warning shots , missed shots. What's the difference the thing that we are debating is why I was banned shots were fired and shots were missed and shots were hit the cop broke fearRP and yet you didn't even question him at all and I'm not sure if you even talked to him.


Also you said "I don't think he shot first at all" how would you know you weren't even there or were you even close in the first place it took you near 5 minutes to even address me your bias is unbareable due to the fact jokhah also explained this situation in greater detail then I even had interest in you have a job and I believe you do it well but I really don't agree with the choice made and I believe it was very biased

I believe you should look at this from the other side of the coin if you will. Your being told some things you really don't like you ask them to stop. They don't you pull a gun. They pull their own gun and shoot you shoot back. Honestly if I'm banned for 5 days I would really like to be sure that the admin even knows what happened. Cause this is how your making the situation look.

I will tell you again. I witnessed what happened and a shotgun pump is rather clear to hear whenever you hear gun shots. And that was the first one fired. Im not being bias you are being unreasonable.

With all due respec sir you have countere about one of a hundred thousand points per reply I really wish you could explain more such as if you heard shots how many did the cop fire? Evo-city is a dangerous place you have men guarding a hookah bar with an AK-47 that's not the city I would rely on "Hearing" gunshots on because I'm not the only one with a shotgun on the server. What's even causing more confusion is how you haven't addressed exit recoil or the cop? I'm telling you what they did if they say they didn't I would like a 5 day ban applied for lying because if a players word is stronger than others I would like to know how to get my word stronger. in case you didin't know i wasn't killed by the cop with the mp5 i was killed by a cop who had been using a handgun now that you don't even know what cop i was in a gun-fight with just makes it worse and if you did know who it was then why was the guy with the mp5 brought up if jokhah was talking to him? I didint shoot the cop first its the VERY thing you are making preposterous accusations about! He had broke fearRP he shot i shot more shots were exchanged and i died. have it be known I was the one DIRECTLY in front of the cop as to why i died it really doesn't take much to kill a cop already once in a gunfight that's about 30cm away from your face with a shotgun.
