Time in GMT: 1/02/2014 - Began around midnight GMT.
Server: V2P
Summary: A friend and I were exploring downtown together, because it was my first time on the server. The player MacL joined and ran up to me, tazed me to the ground. When I got back up I asked him what it was all about, he refused to answer me. We ran away to avoid confrontation because he was breaking rules, and we had contra we needed to protect in the case that he randomly warranted us.
Later, we found him downtown again. He did it again, (First recording, I began recording upon encountering him the second time.) After, we left to avoid the random warrant again. I was collecting evidence.
After, I was filling my car up and saw someone prop surfing, I walked up to see who it was after hitting record and saw it was MacL again- not surprised.
Lastly we encountered him in the city again. Someone was prop pushing cars and killing people, and I recorded- finding out it was YET AGAIN, MacL.

2:25 First random taze upon asking him "Why did you taze me randomly." he responds "Fuck you." and does it again.
