It was a missunderstanding i red the rules but i look at presidant it said nothing about radioing for help while a hostige, So yes i radiode to my policemen while i was by reable's i dinot know i just want a chance.

The amount of spam I am getting from this guy is unreal, plus the user is failing to show any RP. He has been following me into both Evocity and Evocity2 just to tell me to unblacklist him, he also sends me his steam ID.

This is not the way to get unblacklisted.

If the player keeps harassing you on the forums, block his account.

If you keep getting harassed in game - ban him.

That's terrible behaviour from the player.
