I was there with Joy when this happened, I will post my screenshots if admins want but I do not think it is needed. We impounded his car for recklessly driving and it being illegally parked.

It wasn't random, but even in case that it was you'd not be allowed to disconnect with the only purpose to get it back. We took your case seriously, but you refused to even go to the impound lot to retrieve it.

I cant go to Nexus garage to get impunded car ! I WOULD GET ARRESTED ! and I always come to Lobby to Nexus desk and ask someone
