I have downloaded every content/add-on from the site, and i downloaded a content pack from the steam community, but for the Lokus car i still have missing textures.
Can somebody tell me how to fix this or where to download these textures?

I'm missing one certain colour texture of lokus aswell, i'm not sure if this problem is global or not.

This should fix it:
1.) Download this folder (zip file with lokus textures) http://puu.sh/5Q1mp.zip
2.) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\download\materials\models\gtaiv\vehicles
3.) Extract the zip there. You should now have a lokus folder with VMF and VTF files inside
This SHOULD fix it if you're missing textures, I haven't had any issues with the Lokus.

Try to download the files iprotiige provided, may help you get the textures.

Did you load up a mission/map in hl2, because you have to!
If yes then make sure to enable the games inside your gmod.
If this didn't work make sure to get HL2 ep1 and ep2
