Ok I have two questions.
I have heard that only Rebels, Corleones, and BMD can grow weed. Is this true or can citizens with custom jobs grow to.
Second how do i get into third person. No one has ever told me what key it is.

Third Person is Control and Tab together.

Third person is control + tab.
And as a citizen you can't grow weed at all. The gamemode doesn't allow you to. Basically anything except BMD, Rebel and corleone is growing weed disabled for.

Third person can also be Ctrl+Shift+Tab. Depends on your key layout.

I normally tell people that to enable third person is Crouch + Tab. Third person for me is \ + Tab. I moved the default crouch key (Ctrl) to backwards slash (\) because it was easier for my small hands.
Only Corleones, Rebels and Black Market Dealers have the ability to use seeds to grow weed.
