Involved: Me, All the Government at banning time, The raiding rebels.
Why we should unban you: The ban was imposed for NLR, which was not in effect because I had to pass through the lobby (where I was killed) to join the president. However, the raiding rebels had all been killed / had left, so the raid has ended, and as such me going up to the president, to check on his state would have been what would have been done. Considering that the government and others hired to help the Government were mostly still alive, the raid had been "won" by the government forces. And again, back to my point that the raid had ended, therefore me going past the NLR zone (which would not be NLR, as I went past the NLR area, not in it) which is why I believe that the ban was invalidated.

Hello,
I will be reviewing this ban appeal and taking your summary into account. The suspension reason, breaking NLR, and the events in the Nexus at that time was observed by me personally and I will now provide evidence and an account of what happened before you were suspended.
I was watching the raid on Nexus which started at about 21:42. As I observed I saw you die in the Nexus Lobby and shortly after proceeding to kill more raiders, thus re-entering yourself into the raid and therefore breaking new life rule. You were killed in the Nexus lobby, and you then proceeded to go up towards the elevator where by accident you team-kill [FL:RP] Nuka, this is the point when you kill Doctor Wolf.
I will now provide server logs which I reviewed several times before issuing a suspension.

Looking at the logs, you can see that you were killed in the Nexus lobby, and you then participate in the raid again by killing another player. This happened twice as I also saw you shooting into the Nexus after you second death, thus being another breach of new life rule.
To conclude with the evidence provided in the logs and also both alibi's given, I believe the suspension issued was just.

Alright. As shown in the logs, the ban was just. I would however like to mention the fact that several raids happened in quick succession, it was hard to figure out what to do in that situation. As such, a Catch-22, Screwed if you attack, screwed if you don't.
EDIT: Hold that retraction. Gotta look at those logs again.

Isn't the Corleone and Rebel raids different RP situations? Therefore you would have to respond to the rebel raid while being in NLR for the Corleone raid? Or am I getting confused...?

Due to the nature of the raids being in the Nexus, when you respawn leave as quickly as you can and stay out the Nexus for 5 minutes.

They happened within a short amount of duration, which was in less than the five minutes which is included in the new life rule. Since that time wasn't over you couldn't return the that same area, which was the Nexus and continue partaking in the raid. After you were killed by "Master Potato", you proceeded to go outside of the Nexus and then began shooting back into the lobby towards the rebels which were there, which was also breaking new life rule.
I believe the Corleones were raiding at first but I told them they shouldn't because Rebels and Corleones can not work together and some ignored the instruction and to my knowledge was spoken to by Pavilion.
