Theres a .dll that fixes it somewhere on the internet.. Im currently looking for it too.

Just don't open the top menu when ingame and it shouldn't crash.

I never found out how to land correctly in the correct spot etc. I just threw my airbus on the runway going the wrong way rofl. All the ATC voices were like raging lol... Like a boss
