Q2: Why is my car orange, when the original colour was black.

That is the weirdest problem I have seen xD
Re-install the content pack and delete any car add-ons which may interfere with that car.

I think your gamemode is drunk? xD Hmm :/ well it's obviously client side maybe reinstall the content pack? That is all i can think of but not sure if it would work.

I seem to remember seeing a problem like this before.
I think reinstalling the content pack fixed it.

Yeah, Re-Download the content packs. I used to have the Golf MKII floating and people driving in the back, but then when I redownloaded the pack, it fixed it.

Ah! Uninstall Garry's mod on wheels and make sure it is gone. Remove all car things other than TDM cars. Then verify your game content by
Go to steam > Garry's mod > Properties > Verify Game content.
That solved it for me. Hope it helps!
