When I try to go into the Bans page I get this error:
Host '91.121.31.215' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'
Please explain to me what this means and how can I fix it.

First off, this is in the wrong section. This should be in "Help and Support" due to this being a problem and a question.
To the question; Something is broken with the MySQL I believe. That is causing EVERYONE to not being able to access the ban page. It's being worked on, I think. So to answer your question with one sentence: You can't do anything, it's not client sided.
