Why we should unban you: Basically Drew is fairly new and was driving a firetruck to the nexus when this group of people walked out on to the road and he hit them because he couldn't stop his truck. (A motivation why we should unban you, or why your ban should be shortened)

So just because someone is new, CDM should be acceptable?

Post actual evidence for an unban, else it's getting denied.

What kind of evidence do you want?

He CDMed people yes.. but it was not intentional so I think that his ban should be made a week, because he is a newbie and he didn't mean to CDM.

A reason such as "Mass CDM" warrants that there were multiple CDMs. Plowing through pedestrians in not acceptable. Do you think just because had just received his driver's licence the police will go easy on him for vehicular manslaughter? No they would not.

This is completely unacceptable behavior, even for a newer player. There was an actual trail of bodies from the point of the first collision to the end pointer, which was opposite the bank by one of the stores.

Couldn't stop going? By the looks of it, he put the pedal to the floor. He didn't make any attempt to stop. A firetruck at full speed would of never skidded to where Drew ended up.
